R. M. ESGUERRA CONSTRUCTION, Formerly known as O. V. ESGUERRA CONSTRUCTION a family run business, started its operation on August 15, 1978 comprising of (2) two to (4) four bedrooms residential unit in B. F. CITI. Formally the firm is manned with few experienced personnel but knowledgeable in quality construction. As the group progresses in the scope of contracts, the manpower compliments increases comprising of skilled, non-technical and technical staff.

In 1986, MB VILLAR Corporation now VISTA LAND COMPANY gave an opportunity to the firm to be involved in various construction projects i.e. renovation / up-grading works to large scale residential unit. From thereon, R.M. ESGUERRA CONSTRUCTION became an affinity to VISTA LAND COMPANY up to the part of reaching the peak in the housing development.

From the time the group started working with MB VILLAR Corporation, it was able to accomplished quality housing units from its CARISSA, CROWN ASIA, and BRITANNY, now in CAMELLA HOMES projects. Through the years of experience in the construction industry, the firm was also consulted to perform other projects involving (2) two to (4) four storey building.  Accredited Contractor’s of AYALA LAND COMPANY (Avida Land Corp. and MDC BuildPlus Inc.), FILINVEST LAND INCORPORATED, LANDCO PACIFIC CORPORATION, SIONIL BUILDERS CORPORATION and SAN RAMON HOLDINGS INC..
